Position Summary:

The Lead Generation Representative will play a key role in driving growth through a combination of business analysis, client outreach, and relationship building. This role requires expertise in gathering, synthesizing, and delivering business solutions, along with the ability to initiate contact with prospective clients, establish strong relationships, and generate interest in the company’s products or services. The ideal candidate will combine analytical expertise with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering solutions in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.

This full-time, salaried position offers a competitive benefits package, including 401K, flexible PTO, paid holidays, medical, dental, vision, and more. The position is remote-virtual with a preference for candidates in Eastern or Central time zones. You will report to the Lead Generation Leader and collaborate closely with our Client Partnership teams.

Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Strategy Development:

  • Analyze data and provide insights to support business development, decision-making and strategy development.
  • Conduct thorough business analysis to identify growth opportunities and support prospecting efforts.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports.
  • Support the Client Partnership team with recommendations that accelerate target identification and opportunity qualification.

Lead Generation & Outreach:

  • Generate new business pipeline primarily through prospecting outbound opportunities.
  • Manage inbound leads driven by outbound efforts, ensuring a seamless transition and timely follow-up.
  • Nurture early-stage opportunities and establish rapport with potential clients through professional communication.
  • Gain interest through outbound cold calling across a set of existing customers while breaking into net new logos.
  • Partner with the Client Partnerships team to identify and source net new pipeline and assist by researching lines of business and personas.
  • Identify key decision makers within new accounts to drive deeper engagement and accelerate sales cycles.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level and executive stakeholders to align on unique strategy for the assigned business line.
  • Identify and track leads and opportunities, ensuring seamless transitions and timely follow-ups.
  • Assist in scheduling initial consultations and follow-up meetings.

Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Business Lines, Marketing, and Client Partnerships) to ensure business objectives are met and deadlines are adhered to, participating in regularly scheduled business line coordination meetings.
  • Follow-up on a routine basis on progress made and challenges experienced.
  • Assist in the creation of high-quality PowerPoint presentations for clients.
  • Maintain and ensure timely completion of project plans and deliverables.
  • Generate and manage emails in conjunction with marketing and business development initiatives.

Experience/Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or lead generation (preferably in a B2B environment); experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus.
  • Proven experience in business analysis, use of research technologies, and sales.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data and value propositions to stakeholders.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and outreach platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, ZoomInfo and other email automation tools).
  • Experience with data analysis tools and platforms.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities.
  • A results-driven mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach to lead generation and sales.
