We seek to ignite that passion by setting high standards, championing teamwork, and creating work-life harmony as we collectively navigate rapid growth on a global scale while striving for greater equity and opportunity – inside and outside our organization.

To flourish here, you must be prepared to set a high bar for yourself and those around you. There is always a way to contribute: Acting with autonomy, having accountability and being open to new perspectives are essential to our continued success.

Our deep curiosity to learn and our eagerness to share diverse passions with others gives us balance and injects a one-of-a-kind vibrancy into our culture.

If you are driven to solve exhilarating challenges and have a bias toward action in the face of change, you will be empowered to make a real impact here, with a sharp and passionate team at your back. If Braze sounds like a place where you can thrive, we can’t wait to meet you.

You love the story that data can tell. We are looking for an experienced Product Analyst who balances technical excellence with strong product intuition. You’ll be responsible for the full spectrum of data storytelling—from overseeing data ingestion and refining semantic models to providing deep-dive quantitative analysis on feature engagement, adoption funnels, and business impact.

You will deliver insights through concise dashboards, detailed reports, and emerging conversational interfaces. This is a high-impact role where you will partner directly with Product leaders and Engineers to influence the direction of our platform, transforming raw event data into the insights that fuel our next phase of scale.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Drive Insight Strategy: Proactively identify the reports, dashboards, and deep-dive analyses required to move the needle on product goals
  • Build & Scale: Design and implement robust data models and visualizations that serve as the "source of truth" for the Product organization
  • Analyze at Scale: Navigate and extract meaning from billions of mobile and digital messaging data points
  • Full-Stack Analysis: Get "in the weeds" to pull, clean, and transform raw data into sophisticated findings, ensuring data integrity at every step
  • Influence Roadmap: Present findings to Product and Engineering leadership to directly inform feature prioritization and strategy

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Experienced: 5+ years in BI, Data Analysis, and Data Modeling, ideally within a B2B SaaS or high-growth tech environment
  • SQL Expert: 5+ years of experience writing complex, performant queries
  • Technical: Proficient in programming or scripting languages (Python or R) for data manipulation and analysis
  • Visual Storyteller: Expert-level experience with modern visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Databricks)
  • Scientifically Minded: BA/BS in Statistics, Math, Economics, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline; firm grasp of advanced statistical techniques
  • Curious & Autonomous: A fast learner and self-starter who doesn't wait for a ticket to find an answer

Ideally, you'll have:

  • Modern Data Stack Flow: Experience with dbt, Airflow, or modern cloud warehouses (Snowflake/BigQuery)
  • NoSQL Familiarity: Experience querying NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Redis
  • AI/LLM Interest: Experience using Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or other LLM harnesses to accelerate development and insight generation
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: A proven track record of working across departments to align data strategy with business needs

For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $90,000 and $135,000/year with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $104,000 and $156,000/year (including bonus or commission). Your exact offer may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to cash compensation, this role qualifies for a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes equity grants of restricted stock (RSUs) so that you will own a piece of our company.
