Meet the Team 

The Learning & Development (L&D) team at Silicon Labs designs and delivers impactful learning experiences that empower our employees to grow—both technically and professionally. We create and manage learning solutions that engage a diverse, global workforce through interactive content, communications, and training programs. As part of this dynamic team, you’ll help shape the employee learning journey and bring creative energy to how we promote and deliver our offerings. 

Responsibilities 

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of learning and development programs across technical and non-technical functions. 

  • Develop and refine content and communication materials (presentations, newsletters, digital collateral) to promote learning initiatives. 

  • Assist with data collection and analysis using Excel to measure program effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities. 

  • Conduct research to inform content development, program enhancements, and industry best practices. 

  • Use tools like PowerPoint and Canva to create engaging visuals for our internal learning campaigns. 

Skills You Need (Minimum Qualifications) 

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Education, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field. 

  • Strong written communication skills with a keen eye for detail and tone. 

  • Experience using GenAI tools such as ChatGPT for content creation, research, and productivity. 

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically - PowerPoint (design/layout) and Excel (data tracking or analysis). 

  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities with the ability to handle multiple priorities. 

  • Interest in learning strategy, instructional design, or employee development. 

 

The Following Qualifications Will Be Considered a Plus 

  • Experience in event management, content strategy, or communications planning (class projects or student organizations). 

  • Understanding of promotional or social media content creation in an educational or corporate setting. 

  • Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools. 

  • Interest in program management or internal communications for technical audiences.

The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $58,240 ($28/HR) to $66,560 ($32/HR) USD. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, geographic location where work will be performed and applicant’s skill set. Candidates who live and attend university in the Greater Austin area will be prioritized based on the onsite work schedule.
