Loaner Coordinator - Austin Subaru

​Loaner Counter possesses excellent guest service and communication skills, a positive attitude and a professional appearance and demeanor. Our team members are service oriented, guest centered and focused on safety.

Essential Job Functions include but are not limited to:

• Offer friendly and knowledgeable assistance
• Greet each guest and provide help with getting in and out of vehicle
• Ensure guest loyalty by providing excellent guest service and responding immediately to guest concerns
• Meet grooming standards; proper uniform attire
• Practice safe driving skills
• Report all incidents immediately to supervisor
• Adherence to corporate policies and procedures
• Able to cope with the physical demands of the job
• Team Player
• Ability to multi task
• Able to work without supervision

Qualifications:

• Pass a drug test
• Can not have any DWI charges
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Provide a 3 year driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Guest service experience is a plus
• Demonstrate a professional appearance and demeanor
• Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year
• Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered

Duties Include but not limited to:

• Organize keys for the day
• Organize pick and deliveries for the day
• Close loaner desk
• Verify all keys and loaners are accountable
• Ensure clean and settings are set to standards
• Park in appropriate areas
• Check in/out guest loaners - TSD Program
• Check in & inspect loaners on drive
• Remove loaners from service drive and park in appropriate area
• Wash and vaccuum loaners (automatic wash)
• Update and verify vehicle information in TSD
• Greet guest on drive
• Perform guest pick up and deliveries

Schedule:

• Week days 7pm-7pm
• Saturday 8am-6pm
• Sunday OFF

Compensation:

• Starting pay is $20 per hour
