We are looking for a Logistics Manager to lead spare parts and reverse logistics operations for the assigned region, ensuring reliable service to our customers, strong cost control, and continuous improvement across the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day logistics operations for the satellite hub/warehouse, covering warehousing, international freight, reverse logistics, and spare parts delivery in line with SLAs and KPIs.
- Monitor end-to-end spare parts flows and lead-time performance (repair, replenishment, returns), analyzing issues and driving corrective actions with Logistics Service Providers and internal stakeholders.
- Manage operational issues and process compliance, ensuring quality, trade compliance, data accuracy, and audit-ready control of logistics activities.
- Own logistics financial management for the assigned scope, including budget inputs, accruals, invoice validation, variance analysis, and cost-control initiatives.
- Drive digitalization and automation opportunities (including AI-enabled analytics) to reduce manual work, improve visibility, and strengthen service performance.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in supply chain management, logistics, operations management, industrial engineering, or related field; CSCP/CLTD certifications are an advantage.
- 10-15+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations, including at least 5 years in managerial/leadership roles, preferably in cross-border or international logistics for a multinational company.
- Strong knowledge of warehousing, international freight, reverse logistics, trade compliance, customs/import-export processes, and logistics service-level management.
- Proven experience managing Logistics Service Providers (KPIs/SLAs, performance reviews, issue resolution) and solid financial acumen in logistics cost management.
- Comfortable using digital tools and AI/analytics in logistics (e.g., forecasting, risk prediction, exception detection), with a continuous improvement and results-oriented mindset.
