What you will do:
As a Recovery Architect, you will contribute to the analysis, design, and recovery of complex technical environments by:
- Supporting the design and development of customer solutions based on business and technical requirements, with a focus on IT/IP, cloud, VNFs and CNFs.
- Analyzing and troubleshooting complex, multi-domain issues affecting customer networks and services, identifying dependencies and interactions across systems.
- Collaborating with customers, delivery organizations, support teams, and technical experts to gather, clarify, and document requirements and recovery strategies.
- Leveraging existing technical documentation, reference architectures, and industry best practices to develop efficient and scalable solutions.
- Contributing to the definition of hardware, software, database, and virtual infrastructure requirements for customer deployments.
- Supporting solution adaptations and configurations in accordance with Ericsson standards, methodologies, and product guidelines.
- Assisting implementation, testing, system integration, and service recovery activities to ensure solution availability and operational excellence.
- Developing expertise in end-to-end network architectures, telecommunications systems, and emerging cloud-native technologies.
