The Account Management team is responsible for managing and developing bank relationships in the Malaysia. This role will work with account managers to support some of our most important partners, managing both day-to-day activity and key strategic initiatives. The successful individual will be a critical member of the team, and should be interested in building a career in account management; this job is a great stepping stone to full account and P&L ownership.
Role• Work with account management teams to ensure clients receive the highest standards of service• Take the lead on day-to-day client interactions including handling queries, preparing data, communicating messages• Own specific end-client relationships• Prepare presentations for internal and external management on a variety of topics• Ensure all management reporting is prepared and delivered in a timely manner both internally and externally• Partner with multiple internal functions, including Product, Finance, and Digital teams• Undertake analysis, research and business planning• Assist in driving customer solutions and achieving mutual goals through cross functional project teams, systems and processes
