All About You:
Experience in the payments, financial services, retail, travel, or loyalty industries.
Proven track record in business development, account management, strategic partnerships, or sales.
Experience developing, launching, or managing co-brand card programs is highly desirable.
Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build credibility with senior merchant stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable growth plans.
Strong commercial acumen and experience developing business cases and evaluating investment opportunities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage audiences at all organizational levels.
Fluent English and Spanish.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation tools.
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other relevant postgraduate qualifications are a plus.
