About the role
Are you a commercially driven leader focused on creating new business and you have a passion for building strong partner relationships and driving growth?
We're looking for a Manager Channel Sales Team to lead and expand our reseller channel strategy, ensuring sustainable growth and success. Develop the relationship with approx. 50 strategic partners globally.
As Manager Channel Sales Team, you will play a critical role in strengthening and scaling our reseller partnerships. You'll focus on driving revenue through strategic collaborations, supporting resellers in delivering value to customers, and ensuring alignment with our broader commercial objectives.
You'll manage a global team based in Belgium, London and US. 20% of your time you'll be travelling to visit partners & team members.
Your responsibilities
Partner Management & Growth

  • Build, manage, and further expand business within the VAR channel.
  • Co-market, co-brand with your partners.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow revenue, identify new opportunities, and maximize partner performance.
  • Collaborate with resellers to drive customer acquisition and ensure product adoption.


Reseller Enablement & Support

  • Your team will provide VARs with the tools, training, and insights they need to succeed.
  • Develop tailored programs to improve reseller engagement, optimize performance, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure resellers align with company goals, standards, and core value propositions.


Data-Driven Programmatic Approach

  • Implement a systematic, data-first approach to track, monitor, and evaluate reseller performance.
  • Use several KPIs to identify growth opportunities, measure partner success, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to automate processes, streamline partner onboarding, and improve operational efficiency.


Revenue & Performance Optimization

  • Drive revenue growth through reseller upsell initiatives and cross-selling programs.
  • Proactively identify and address challenges within the reseller network to reduce friction and optimize outcomes.
  • Ensure timely reporting and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.


Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 3 Channel Managers focused on VAR's, 2 Channel Managers focused on Resellers/Distributors and a Sales Administrator.
  • Build a high-performing team and a winning culture.
  • Provide coaching, training, and professional development to enhance team performance.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that encourages innovation and excellence.


What we're looking for

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or commercial leadership within a B2B environment (preferably SaaS, software, or technology).
  • Strategic Leadership: Proven experience in developing and growing reseller or partner ecosystems to drive revenue and results.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data insights to optimize partner performance and decision-making.
  • Relationship Building: Track record of building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Hands-On Execution: Entrepreneurial mindset with a strategic vision and hands-on approach to delivering results.
  • Language Skills: English Very good; Dutch and/or French is a plus
  • Leadership skills: Ability to coach a global team and manage results

  • Austin-based candidates will maintain a hybrid schedule working from home and in the Austin office (located in Northwest Austin near the Arboretum area) at least 2 days a week.
