About the Role:

CrowdStrike is seeking a Manager, Corporate Sales to lead and develop a team of Corporate Account Executives focused on acquiring new business in the mid-market segment. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, coaching sales talent, and building a high-performing team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 6–8 Corporate Account Executives.

  • Drive pipeline growth and help the team achieve revenue goals.

  • Provide deal support, sales coaching, and performance management.

  • Accurately forecast pipeline and revenue.

  • Partner with internal teams to improve sales execution and close rates.

  • Recruit, onboard, and develop top sales talent.

  • Meet with customers and prospects to understand their cybersecurity needs and demonstrate CrowdStrike’s value.

What You’ll Need:

  • 2+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in technology, preferably SaaS or cybersecurity.

  • 1+ years of frontline sales management experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.

  • Experience coaching sales teams and driving performance.

  • Salesforce experience and forecasting skills.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and hiring experience.

  • Channel sales experience preferred.

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $74,000 - $115,000 per year, with eligibility for commissions, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
