FloSports is a world-class sports media company strategically positioned to be the essential  destination for passionate sports fans, delighting them with live event coverage, breaking news,  highlights, stats, rankings, and team and player profiles. We are growing Our Sports every day  by continuing to invest in our ever-expanding ecosystem, which consists of over a dozen sport  verticals and hundreds of streaming partners. FloSports is creating the home for college  conferences/leagues and sports like grappling, hockey, track & field, racing, cheer, wrestling,  and more, and we are looking for innovative and passionate people like you to help us!

THE ROLE:

FloSports is seeking a Manager, Content Partnerships to build and manage a network of influential creators who can help grow awareness, audience engagement and subscriptions across the FloSports portfolio.

This role will lead creator participation in major event campaigns, develop long-term relationships with trusted voices in our sports communities and create programs that extend FloSports’ reach to new and existing fans. The Manager will be based in the Content organization and work across Marketing, Sales, Production, PR/Communications, Global Partnerships and Rights Acquisition to integrate creators into promotional strategies before, during and after key events.

The ideal candidate understands that successful creator partnerships go beyond paid posts. They are built through authentic relationships, differentiated access, compelling storytelling and clear value for the creator, the audience, FloSports and its rights partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Creator Strategy and Network Development
  • Develop and execute FloSports’ creator partnership strategy across established and emerging sports verticals.

  • Identify, evaluate and recruit creators whose audiences, credibility and storytelling styles align with FloSports properties and business priorities.

  • Build a diverse creator network that may include athletes, analysts, podcasters, filmmakers, social personalities and sport-specific experts.

  • Establish scalable partnership models ranging from individual event activations to ambassador programs, talent integrations, and longer-term collaborations.

  • Maintain a centralized creator database tracking audience profile, platform presence, sport expertise, relationship history, performance and partnership status.

  • Stay current on creator-economy trends, emerging platforms and new formats that could expand FloSports’ reach.

Campaign Development and Execution
  • Incorporate creators into promotional plans for priority events, rights launches and subscription campaigns.

  • Develop creator briefs that clearly communicate campaign objectives, audience, key messages, deliverables, deadlines, brand requirements and calls to action.

  • Coordinate opportunities such as behind-the-scenes access, athlete interviews, venue experiences, broadcast appearances, social collaborations and original content.

  • Manage campaigns from creator outreach and contracting through content approval, publishing, amplification and reporting.

  • Build repeatable operating processes that allow FloSports to execute creator programs efficiently across multiple sports and event schedules.

  • Ensure creator content is authentic to each partner while remaining aligned with FloSports’ brand, editorial standards and contractual obligations.

Relationship and Partnership Management
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for FloSports’ creator network.

  • Develop partnerships that provide creators with meaningful value, including access, distribution, exposure, content opportunities and potential compensation.

  • Collaborate with sports rights partners to identify creators who can support shared audience-development objectives.

  • Represent FloSports professionally at events, industry gatherings and creator meetings.

  • Cultivate long-term relationships with high-performing creators rather than treating each activation as a one-time transaction.

  • Identify opportunities to connect creators with FloSports programming, talent, social channels, newsletters, podcasts, FAST channels and other distribution platforms.

Measurement and Optimization
  • Establish clear objectives and success metrics for each creator initiative.

  • Measure campaign performance using metrics such as qualified reach, video views, engagement, traffic, referral clicks, account creation, subscription conversion, content output and cost efficiency.

  • Partner with Business Intelligence, Marketing and Audience Development to improve attribution and evaluate the incremental impact of creator activity.

  • Produce post-campaign reports that summarize results, insights and recommendations.

  • Use performance data to determine which creators, platforms, formats and partnership structures should be expanded, adjusted or discontinued.

  • Manage the creator partnerships budget and evaluate investments based on both immediate campaign performance and long-term strategic value.

Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Partner with vertical content teams to ensure creator campaigns reflect the culture, athletes and narratives of each sport.

  • Work with Social and Audience Development to maximize organic distribution and discoverability.

  • Coordinate with Production and event teams on credentials, access, filming requirements and on-site logistics.

  • Collaborate with Marketing on paid amplification, lifecycle campaigns and conversion strategy.

  • Partner with Sales to develop creator-led sponsorship opportunities that connect brands with credible voices and highly engaged sports communities.

  • Partner with Legal and Business Affairs on agreements, content rights, disclosures, usage permissions and brand-safety requirements.

  • Communicate program priorities, timelines, responsibilities and results clearly to stakeholders throughout the organization.

  • Integrate creators into promotional plans for FloSports’ most important events and new rights launches.

  • Deliver repeatable campaign processes that can scale across the Content organization.

  • Demonstrate measurable gains in awareness, qualified audience reach, traffic, engagement and subscription consideration.

  • Identify a core group of high-performing creators suitable for ongoing partnerships.

  • Build a clear performance framework that informs future creator investment.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • 5+ years of experience in creator partnerships, influencer marketing, talent relations, sports marketing, media partnerships or a related field.

  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing creator-led campaigns from strategy through measurement.

  • A strong understanding of social platforms, creator business models, audience behavior and digital content formats.

  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with creators, talent representatives and internal stakeholders.

  • Experience managing contracts, campaign budgets, deliverables, content rights and approval processes.

  • Strong project-management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns against fast-moving event schedules.

  • A performance-oriented mindset with experience using data to evaluate campaigns and make investment decisions.

  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.

  • Existing relationships with sports creators, athletes, agents or talent managers.

  • Experience connecting creator activity to website traffic, subscriptions, ticket sales or another measurable business outcome.

  • Familiarity with creator discovery, social listening, affiliate tracking and campaign-management tools.

  • Experience developing creator programs for passionate or underserved sports communities.

  • Understanding of FTC disclosure requirements, content licensing and creator usage rights.
