The Digital Experience team drives growth by optimizing partner microsites and landing pages across Risepoint’s portfolio.  We create, manage, and deliver best-in-class experiences across thousands of landing pages and web experiences to drive a measurable impact on user engagement and business outcomes for our university partners.  The team combines expertise in Organic Search, UX, CRO, and personalization to ensure prospective students find the right programs and take the next step in their educational journey.  The team partners across functions to optimize conversion and usability while ensuring strong alignment with business priorities. This is 1-year fixed term position.

Job Summary

The Manager, DX Initiatives and Operations serves as operating partner to the VP of Digital Experience. This role drives cross-functional initiatives that span UX, SEO/AEO, CRO, and platform capabilities, ensuring clarity, alignment, and execution on the Digital Experience roadmap. This individual owns the operating rhythm of the Digital Experience function. This includes helping define the roadmap of prioritized initiatives, defining success metrics, coordinating work across leaders and teams, and building compelling narratives around performance and impact. The role is ideal for a systems-oriented, highly collaborative individual who thrives in ambiguity and can move seamlessly between strategy, execution, and analysis.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serve as an operational partner and extension of the VP of Digital Experience, supporting planning, prioritization, and execution of cross-functional DX initiatives. 
  • Support definition and documentation of DX functional initiatives, roadmaps, dependencies between projects, and business cases, supporting DX strategic decisions with data and analysis.  Develop executive-ready updates to inform progress and risks against initiatives.  Operationalize initiatives across DX and partner portfolio.
  • Establish and manage the performance rhythm of the business for DX, including KPI definition, tracking, and reporting in collaboration with Analytics & Channel Leaders.  Support DX leaders refine forecast assumptions based on trends and key initiatives.
  • Oversee DX performance insights and storytelling, translating data into clear narratives around CRO wins, content ROI, SEO/AEO lifts, and platform progress
  • Lead and support cross-channel initiatives ensuring alignment, accountability, and momentum across teams. This includes supporting DX leaders with data and workflow definitions for cross company projects.
  • Create executive-ready materials, including monthly team and leadership decks
  • Support ongoing updates to DX business cases and investment narratives

Additional Position Responsibilities

  • Perform in accordance with Risepoint Policies
  • Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field

5+ years of Program management, Digital marketing, CRO. High level understanding of SEO strategy

Experience leading or coordinating cross functional initiatives or strategic projects.
