What You’ll Be Doing:
Reporting to the Sr Director of Provider Experience, the Manager, Provider Experience, will support the execution of Evolent's provider experience strategy, ensuring providers and payer clients achieve desired outcomes through our products and services from the start of market implementations. The Manager will be responsible for promoting utilization of Evolent's digital platforms, identifying and removing barriers that create friction for provider practices, and serving as a trusted partner to stakeholders who rely on Provider Experience expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to drive provider satisfaction, strengthen adoption of digital solutions, and enhance the overall provider experience at scale.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on focused priorities to centralize and scale efficiencies and standardize practice, training, education, and provider support services
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with provider groups, practice administrators, and key provider stakeholders to drive desired behavior change.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to pull through business rules and policy with payer clients and provider experience at top of mind; anticipate provider barriers, and triage practice issues and challenges, as appropriate
- Lean in on initiatives related to payer client deliverables providing support and analytics, as needed, in close partnership with Marketing, Product, Clinical Operations, and CSO cross functional teams
- Partner with internal stakeholders to develop new oncology education and training content with consideration of provider experience lens related to practice issues and challenges
- Analyze provider product usage data and engagement metrics to identify trends, potential risks, and opportunities for proactive customer support
- Review and monitor dashboards to manage priority KPIs for practice performance and customer service; report KPIs to client and internal leaders
Qualifications (Required and Preferred):
- Associate degree or higher in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years provider engagement experience
- Exceptional communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of provider engagement, network management, and performance improvement methodologies
- Proficient in leveraging best practices, a project management discipline, and strong operational mindset
- An exceptional analytical ability

- Experience with generative AI, automation, or intelligent workflow solutions
- Ability to travel up to 10%

The expected base salary/wage range for this position is $75,000. As part of our total compensation package, Evolent is proud to offer comprehensive benefits (including health insurance benefits) to qualifying employees.
