The Role:


MirrorWeb are looking for a driven, experienced Sales Development leader to build and develop a team of Sales Development Representatives here in Austin, Texas. As our Manager of Sales Development, you will play an integral role within our revenue organization and work strategically to drive process and coach and enable your team to exceed targets. This is a highly visible and impactful role and will need to be based in Austin and may require some travel.
 

 

Key Responsibilities:


• Build and lead a high-performing team of SDRs
• Provide individual development and coaching to the members of your team
• Develop and use dashboards and analytics to drive achievement of objectives and
continuous improvement
• Proactively manage staffing to ensure adequate capacity to meet the growth plan
• Implement and drive a structure of daily, weekly and monthly performance goals
• Continually optimize the sales process and technology to maximize the efficiency of the
selling process
• Partner closely with our Marketing function to drive high quality leads
• Identify and adopt practices that improve our performance while maintaining consistency
with our culture and team values
• Implement special incentive programs to drive incremental sales volume and attachment
of programs or features
 

 

What You’ll Need:


• 5+ years sales/business development team management experience building high performing outbound and inbound sales development teams
• Experience in a sales role at a high-growth SaaS company
• Demonstrated track record of exceeding goals and a commitment to achieving performance
• Strong analytical approach background and ability to use data to drive decisions
• Strong communication and presentation skills both in-person, on the phone and over email
• Ability to shift priorities, demonstrate flexibility, coordinate multiple projects and meet multiple deadlines
