 We’re looking for a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our in-house marketing team in Austin, Texas.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in marketing and gain hands-on experience across digital marketing, websites, reputation management, events, advertising compliance, and more. You’ll work alongside an experienced marketing team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment supporting multiple automotive brands.

What You’ll Do (include but not limited to):
  • Create, update, and maintain employee bios and staff information across dealership websites
  • Make routine website updates and help ensure content is accurate and up to date
  • Monitor online reviews and assist with reputation management
  • Conduct regular website audits for accuracy, functionality, branding, and compliance
  • Assist with advertising compliance submissions and documentation
  • Support dealership and company events, including occasional evenings and weekends
  • Coordinate with internal teams and outside vendors on marketing projects
  • Assist the marketing team with day-to-day projects and special initiatives as needed
What We’re Looking For:
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working with websites, digital platforms, and technology
  • Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once
  • Proactive, dependable, and willing to jump in where needed
  • Interested in marketing and eager to learn and grow
  • Comfortable working occasional weekends for events
  • Marketing, communications, business, or related experience/education is a plus
  • Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year
  • Must be at year 18 years of age to be considered
