What we are looking for:

A Marketing Coordinator who loves all things marketing! This role is instrumental in supporting and executing strategic marketing plans for assigned region(s). Along with a passion for marketing and a desire to provide stellar customer service, our ideal candidate will be organized, excel at meeting deadlines, and, most importantly, be highly creative.


What you'll do:

  • Coordinate marketing needs for region(s), including copywriting, proofing and editing, monthly promotion/sales tactics, regional events, swag, email/digital marketing, website enhancements, etc. 

  • Assist the Regional Marketing Manager and other members of the marketing team with implementing effective marketing and advertising strategies and solutions within budget parameters.

  • Prepare social media content, coordinate approval with region(s), and assist with execution of monthly social media calendars and posts. 

  • Research new and innovative ways to engage and grow target audiences through marketing activities.

  • Help develop monthly email content, visual assets, and distribution strategy.

  • Procure materials and assist with coordinating events, including grand openings, conferences, networking events, etc.

  • Stay organized and communicate clearly through the use of trackers, the project management system, and other tools. 

  • Take on other duties as assigned.


It’ll help to have/be:

  • Experience developing print, digital, and social media campaigns.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to travel as needed to support regions.

 

Qualifications/Experience: 

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field highly preferred.  

  • At least one (1) years experience in marketing or a related field.

  • Ability to travel as needed. 


Work environment and physical requirements:

Administrative office may have minimum visits to medical offices with possible exposure to procedure/exam room and laboratory environment may include exposure to communicable diseases, bloodborne pathogens, biohazards or toxic substances. Daily activities may include standing, walking, sitting, bending and lifting items up to 30 lbs.
