This is an ideal opportunity for an organized, creative, and resourceful marketing professional who enjoys managing multiple projects, working with outside partners, and personally executing marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is comfortable moving between vendor management, content coordination, website updates, event planning, and day-to-day brand support.

    • Review agency deliverables—including social media, email campaigns, paid advertising, and SEO—for brand consistency, accuracy, and quality.

    • Support content planning by coordinating with physicians, leadership, and internal teams to gather information, approvals, and creative assets.

    • Manage website updates, landing pages, blog content, and marketing collateral to ensure all materials remain current and aligned with the Medici brand.

    • Plan and execute company events, community partnerships, and marketing activations that drive brand awareness and patient engagement.

    • Support the growth of referral and ambassador programs by coordinating communications, materials, and ongoing program management.

    • Monitor marketing performance, campaign results, and vendor reporting, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.

    • Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, operations, and clinical teams to support new initiatives, product launches, and strategic priorities.

    • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and identify opportunities to improve processes, campaigns, and the overall patient experience.

What you will bring

    • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, project management, or a related field.

    • Experience coordinating marketing campaigns or managing external agencies/vendors preferred.

    • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Experience with website content management, marketing collateral, or event coordination.

    • Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.

    • Experience in healthcare, wellness, hospitality, luxury, or consumer brands is a plus.

    • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
