We’re expanding our marketing team with a results-driven Marketing Manager who will help elevate the Overwatch brand through strategic campaigns, digital storytelling, and precise execution. This role bridges leadership and execution, supporting both strategic initiatives and daily marketing operations.
 
About the Role
As Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving Overwatch’s marketing strategy and execution. Working closely with the Director of Marketing, you’ll oversee campaigns across multiple digital platforms, manage budgets and timelines, and guide our Marketing Associate to ensure alignment across all channels.
This position is ideal for a marketing professional who combines creativity with analytical precision, thrives in a dynamic environment, and is passionate about elevating a growing brand in the mission-critical industry.
 
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, manage, and optimize digital ad campaigns across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, Google, and Meta platforms.
• Analyze and report on campaign performance, leveraging insights to drive continual improvement and ROI.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Associate to review social media analytics and align paid and organic social strategies.
• Oversee email marketing and newsletter performance to ensure key engagement and conversion metrics are met.
• Partner with the Director of Marketing to manage ad budgets and quarterly campaign timelines.
• Plan and execute industry conferences/corporate events, including logistics, promotional materials, and on-site coordination.
• Oversee content creation, including copywriting, graphic design, and video editing, to ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity.
• Maintain and update the company website via WordPress, ensuring all content reflects current campaigns and brand messaging.
• Utilize Asana to manage project timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional collaboration.
 
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (required).
• 4-5 years of professional marketing experience, with exposure to both strategy and hands-on execution.
• Proven success in digital advertising, social media management, and content development.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with performance tracking and KPI management.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
 
Technical Proficiencies
• Microsoft Outlook
• Canva (graphic design and visual asset creation)
• Asana (project management)
• WordPress (website editing and updates)
• Email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or equivalent)
• Social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or similar)
• Video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or equivalent)
