Overview
Within Mastercard Services, our Customer Acquisition & Engagement business drives profitable business growth and maximizes customer lifetime value by transforming routine interactions into lasting relationships. We leverage our unique advantages in data, personalization, incentives, and optimization, in addition to our global expertise and scale, to efficiently acquire high value new customers, drive engagement and desired behaviors, and build customer loyalty. We are looking for a Manager for our newly launched Commerce Media business, a new media network enabling advertisers to provide highly targeted offers and ads to consumers through publishers. Commerce Media is one of our fast-growing businesses within this group at the intersection of commerce, data and digital experiences, focused on performance oriented solutions. The manager will drive and manage the deployment and integration with Publishers in financial services.
Role• Work with product and engineering teams on a day-to-day basis to manage implementations with Publishers including defining and prioritizing key milestones, tracking progress and measurement of outcome• Lead the deployment and management for a wide range of new capabilities, including technical components and new commercial models.• Develop and deliver high-quality collateral to support internal decision-making and stakeholder alignment.• Facilitate cross-functional engagement and ensure timely follow-through on all resulting actions.• Act as a liaison between the Publisher, business units and technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.• Navigate a matrixed organization to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes within tight timelines. • Define and document standard integration patterns. Partner and train regional teams on the deployment of commerce media solutions in market. • Establish a network within the organization; build internal and external networks
All About You • Experience in product development and customer success, including building client facing relationships to deploy commerce media solutions, manage in-market testing and measurement.• Background in advertising, fintech and/or financial services with an understanding of US regulations• Natural problem solver: analytical, curious, and fact-driven approach to product development. • Collaborative team player: proven track record in collaborating with multiple cross-functional (both internal and external client publishers) teams across multiple locations; facilitating challenging conversations and managing ambiguity.• Exceptional analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.• Strong background in translating stakeholder needs into functional specifications, user stories and process flows.• Strategic thinker with strong technical acumen and hands-on experience collaborating with business and technical teams. • Ability to manage priorities and delegate tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills • Experience in adtech or martech, particularly on the supply side• Experience in customer success and/or account management• Prior experience in a PM role, or similar, working in agile environments.• Background in martech or adtech environments a plus.

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
