Ed Morse is currently seeking a Motorcycle Sales Representative to join our Teddy Morse's Austin Harley-Davidson team.
Responsibilities- Consulting with customers to find a vehicle to fit their specific wants and needs
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
- The professional completion of all sales related paperwork
- Following the Ed Morse “Steps to the Sale” to ensure complete customer satisfaction
- Minimum 1-year retail sales or customer service experience required.
- Steady work history and a strong desire to succeed
- Basic MS Office knowledge and internet proficiency
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and follow-through skills
- Valid Driver's license with motorcycle endorsement
