Job DescriptionThis position is accountable for achieving orders, revenue, profitability, and funnel growth objectives while overseeing forecasting, product lifecycle management, competitive positioning, and new product introductions. The Product Manager serves as a key subject matter expert, leveraging deep clinical, technical, and market knowledge to support the sales organization, influence customer purchasing decisions, and strengthen GE HealthCare's market position.Working closely with commercial teams, healthcare stakeholders, and global and regional product leaders, the role develops strategic customer relationships, supports complex negotiations, and identifies growth opportunities through installed-base analysis and market intelligence. The position also leads product-focused promotional activities, sales training, trade show participation, and educational initiatives to drive customer engagement and business performance.The ideal candidate combines strong commercial acumen with clinical and technical expertise in Magnetic Resonance imaging, possesses a deep understanding of the Canadian healthcare landscape, and thrives in a cross-functional, matrixed environment focused on delivering sustainable growth and customer value.Responsibilities
  • Achievement of quarterly and annual orders, revenue, and margin targets.
  • Growth of the MR sales funnel and market share.
  • Driving price accretion and value selling
  • Accurate forecasting and business planning.
  • Successful product launches and lifecycle management.
  • Strong customer and stakeholder engagement.
  • Building strong show sites locally
  • Effective collaboration with sales, service, marketing, and global product leadership teams.
Preferred Experience
  • 10+ years of healthcare or MedTech commercial and/or clinical experience.
  • Strong expertise in Magnetic Resonance (MR) technologies, clinical applications, and workflows.
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Proven ability to develop business strategies and translate them into commercial results.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Experience in medical device sales and bilingual English/French capabilities are strong assets.
