Responsibilities
- Lead and implement global, cross-functional programs and projects aligned to OCT and company objectives
- Develop and manage project scope, goals, timelines, resources, and performance metrics
- Establish governance frameworks to track progress, risks, and changes, and take corrective actions as needed
- Collaborate with partners, including fabs, PMO, and functional leaders, to drive alignment and successful delivery
- Communicate project status, risks, and key decisions to leadership and cross-functional teams
- Identify and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and performance outcomes
- Mentor and support project managers while contributing to continuous improvement of project management methodologies
- Build strong relationships across global teams and deliver presentations on project updates and initiatives
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Experience working on cross-functional projects with multiple partners and organizational impact
- Demonstrated ability to manage project timelines, deliverables, and performance metrics
- Strong communication and teamwork skills in a global team environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience and/or interest in developing Agentic AI workflows into current or future processes.
- Experience implementing AI or digital solutions in operations or manufacturing environments
- Experience leading transformation or strategy initiatives with measurable business outcomes
- Capability to code and understands app development cycle would be an advantage.
