You will apply structured readiness frameworks and coordinate cross‑functional partners across Tax, Finance, Legal, and Operations, serving as a stabilizing force during periods of regulatory and financial transformation. Your project leadership will ensure compliance continuity, commercial risk mitigation, high‑quality delivery, and exceptional experiences for stakeholders across the TPA organization.

In This Role You Will:

  • Develop and manage readiness playbooks, checklists, and compliance requirements to ensure consistent, auditable delivery of tax and finance change across the organization.
  • Drive alignment across Tax, Finance, Legal, Operations, and Technology teams to ensure readiness expectations, regulatory obligations, and delivery milestones are met.
  • Build a deep understanding of regulatory and compliance changes and their operational implications to ensure readiness plans address risk and deliver intended outcomes.
  • Measure the effectiveness of tax and finance initiative rollouts to assess whether compliance objectives and operational outcomes have been achieved.
  • Ensure all receiving teams are equipped with training, documentation, process guides, and support workflows prior to go-live.
  • Deliver organizational change for tax and finance initiatives ensuring all compliance artifacts, approvals, and process documentation are completed and teams are fully equipped.
  • Maintain and enhance readiness methodologies, tools, and templates specific to tax, regulatory, and finance change to scale with organizational and compliance requirements.
  • Stay informed on tax law changes, regulatory developments, and industry best practices in compliance readiness, integrating insights into operational frameworks.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Tax, Finance, and Operations stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations to improve compliance readiness and reduce regulatory risk.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Taxation, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in tax operations, finance transformation, compliance program management, or a related field
  • Strategic thinker with a knack for translating complex regulatory and compliance changes into actionable plans and clarity of commercial risks.
  • Exceptional project manager with strong stakeholder engagement skills and experience navigating Tax, Finance, and Legal environments.
  • Proven leader with experience driving cross-functional alignment on compliance-driven initiatives and delivering results under regulatory deadline pressure.
  • Agile thinker who thrives in dynamic, matrixed environments and navigates regulatory ambiguity with confidence and precision.
  • Collaborative partner who builds trust across Tax, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to drive alignment and shared accountability.
  • Detail-oriented, compliance-minded professional committed to process rigor, documentation standards, and operational excellence.
  • Commercially aware leader who connects compliance and operational readiness to business outcomes, risk exposure, and long-term value creation.
