The Community Marketing Coordinator, Outdoor role is responsible for supporting YETI’s Community Marketing efforts, the team that manages YETI’s Ambassador and partnership relationships. Your job will be working closely with the team on projects across the business to ensure that all department requests for product are serviced in a timely and professional manner. This will involve email correspondence with requesting parties, entering orders into SAP, and occasionally “hand-tracking” highly sensitive or fast-turn orders by coordinating directly with our supply chain team.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the team on gathering incoming event and sponsorship requests

  • Provide direct support to the Community Marketing team supporting the team in gathering necessary information for evaluation with the appropriate community team member

  • Deliver premium, concierge‑level support to our existing partners

  • Assist team with event logistics and production. Some travel will be required.

  • Answer email requests in a timely and professional manner

  • Enter order and product requests into SAP

  • Proactively plan, place, and hand-track orders to provide our partners with quality service as we seed product and launch new gear throughout the year

  • Support the Community Marketing team on ad-hoc projects, events and meetings

  • Assist the Community Marketing team on new product launch initiatives

  • Work closely with Corporate Sales on Community Marketing custom orders

Qualifications and Attributes:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience

  • Highly detail-oriented with a strong attention to detail

  • Experience with SAP

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; impeccable spelling and grammar

  • You are a finisher; you make sure that every task gets completed

  • Able to prioritize and develop systems to do routine work efficiently

  • Can-do, positive attitude

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional partners

  • Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service

  • Follow established policies, procedures, and workflows to support Community Marketing operations
