The role: Join us as a full-time Product Manager on our AI Transform Review team, focusing on Review Center + aiR Document Analyses products. We're on the hunt for a positive, motivated, and team-oriented individual with a go-getter attitude, boundless curiosity, and stellar communication skills. As a Product Manager, you'll play a crucial role in delivering our next-gen products aimed at speeding up and simplifying data review. You’ll focus on creating meaningful impact by owning a specific products and features from feature design and development to go-to-market strategy and implementation. Initial focus will be on Review Center functionality and helping to develop next generation workflows combining linear review, machine-learning review, and AI-driven review methods.

Job Description and Requirements

What you'll do: 

  • Collaborate: Work across the organization to craft, communicate, and execute solutions to problem areas across our platform 

  • Innovate: Develop enterprise products that are valuable, usable, and feasible 

  • Translate: Turn product strategy into clear, actionable user stories for development 

  • Solve: Partner with Engineering, Design, and Applied Science to tackle user problems  

  • Validate: Test hypotheses through mockups, user testing, and experimentation 

  • Prioritize: Scope and prioritize tasks based on business and user impact – balancing both 

  • Advocate: Be the user and business voice throughout the software development process 

  • Analyze: Dive into usage data and metrics to uncover hidden insights to drive new ideas 
     

What we're looking for in a candidate: 

  • Passionate: You have an interest in AI and its potential to transform the legal industry. 

  • Academic: Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, design, or a related field. Previous experience in product management or software engineering is a plus. 

  • Problem Solver: Someone who loves solving problems and can tackle any challenge, even the ambiguous ones. 

  • Strong communication: Both written and verbal communication skills are important as a PM 

  • Insatiable curiosity – asking questions is the key to our innovation – our ideal candidate doesn’t take anything at face value 

  • Detail-Oriented: You have a keen eye for detail and can spot potential issues before they become full-fledged problems 

  • Analytical Thinker: You can dissect complex problems and come up with creative solutions. 

  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with the latest tools and technologies, you can quickly learn and apply new skills. 

Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices.

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.

The expected salary range for this role is between following values:

$115,000 and $173,000

The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
