We are looking for a strategic and forward-thinking Product Manager to define the future of how we package, price, and deliver value across our Project Execution suite. You will own the end-to-end strategy for value-based packaging, monetizing innovative AI features, and aligning our monetization model with the evolving ways teams execute projects. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of product strategy, customer value, and business growth. Beyond pricing and packaging, this position is designed for a versatile product leader with the capacity to expand their scope and take on additional product management responsibilities across the Project Execution domain as our roadmap evolves.

This position reports into the Director of Product Management, Project Execution and will be based in our Austin, TX office.

What You’ll Do

  • Pricing & Packaging Strategy: Define, iterate, and execute a modern, value-based pricing and packaging framework across the Project Execution portfolio. Align packaging tiers and feature allocation with customer willingness-to-pay and business goals.

  • AI & Future of Execution: Lead product strategy around monetizing AI-driven capabilities and automated project workflows. Evaluate consumption-based, usage-based, and outcome-based models for AI features to ensure customers realize maximum ROI.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with Executive Leadership, Product Management, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Sales to drive alignment on go-to-market strategies and packaging changes.

  • Data-Driven Analysis & Metrics: Conduct quantitative analyses on feature utilization, price elasticity, retention impact, and unit economics to inform monetization decisions and optimize SaaS metrics.

  • Customer & Market Context: Deeply understand customer workflows, persona segments, and market trends in the project execution landscape. Translate these insights into intuitive packaging strategies that reduce sales friction.

  • Product Ownership & Growth: Maintain a flexible, broad view of the product ecosystem. As needed, take on core product management responsibilities—from feature discovery and roadmap execution to working directly with engineering teams to deliver world-class software.

What We’re Looking For
  • Experience: 4+ years of software Product Management or Product Strategy experience at a B2B SaaS company.

  • Monetization & Strategy Expertise: Proven track record in defining SaaS pricing tiers, feature packaging, or product monetization models. Experience monetizing AI/ML capabilities or consumption-based products is a major plus.

  • Domain & Trend Awareness: Strong grasp of modern project execution workflows, collaboration software, and emerging technology trends (particularly Generative AI and process automation).

  • Analytical & Financial Acumen: Fluency with product metrics, financial modeling, and messy/incomplete data sets to drive confident, structured decision-making.

  • Adaptability & Breadth: High adaptability with the desire and ability to step into core product execution, technical roadmapping, and cross-functional feature delivery as business needs shift.

  • Communication & Influence: Exceptional written, verbal, and visual presentation skills with a demonstrated ability to influence senior cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
