We’re looking for a Product Manager to join Procore’s Owners Product Team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for deeply understanding our Owner customer type and overseeing Owner-focused product initiatives that drive meaningful value for this critical market.

As a Product Manager, you’ll partner with customers and internal product teams to understand market needs to deliver a transformative experience for our Owner customers. This position requires customer centricity, the ability to understand and break down complex problems, thoughtful prioritization techniques, and collaboration across multiple stakeholders to drive forward progress. This position reports to the Senior Director of Product for Owners and will be based in Austin, TX or in New York City, NY. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you’ll do:

  • Own the roadmap for various Owner-focused initiatives.

  • Develop a deep understanding of our Owner customers and user needs across the Procore product suite.

  • Collaborate with other Product Managers to define and build key Owner solutions.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing for launches.

  • Lead cross-functional teams through all phases of product development, from discovery through delivery and iterative refinement.

  • Define and track success metrics, and communicate product vision, plans, and progress effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the company.

What we’re looking for:

  • 3-5 years of product management or equivalent experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS PM role.

  • Strong ability to translate strategy into executable, prioritized plans and build-ready artifacts (PRD, user stories, AI-generated prototypes).

  • Demonstrated ownership and accountability for complex, multi-team, end-to-end initiatives.

  • Proven experience influencing across Product, Engineering, Design, and other stakeholders without direct authority.

  • Deep customer obsession and the ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative research to bring new ideas and support hypotheses.

  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and navigating organizational complexity.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Additional Information

Base Pay Range:

140,960.00 - 193,820.00 USD Annual

This role may also be eligible for Equity Compensation and/or Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
