Join us on our mission to empower more people to find their way home by breaking barriers to entry, making the right connections, and building confidence through expert guidance.

The Role:

We’re hiring an Associate Product Marketing Manager for our Client organization to turn approved product stories into finished content. Working from the story and content bill of materials (BOM) set by senior product marketing and product management, you will draft, edit, assemble, and quality-check the assets that feed marketing campaigns and programs, launches, technical readiness, education, and support.

You’ll use AI every day; running and maintaining the AI skills and agents the team builds to produce first drafts and variants, then review, correct, and finish the output. You’ll give feedback that helps the team improve those tools, and you will build your skills in how they work.

This is an opportunity to build a strong working knowledge of the real estate technology landscape, including market economics, business models, competitors, the legal and compliance landscape, and prominent technology vendors and platforms, so that the content you produce is accurate and credible with agents, teams, and brokerages.

What You’ll Do:

  • BOM Production: Produce, track, and deliver specified content BOM assets, maintaining alignment with approved product stories.

  • Content Writing & Copyediting: Write launch copy, FAQs, release notes, and audience variants using standard terminology and brand guidelines.

  • Technical Readiness: Draft plain-language summaries, talk tracks, and functional boundaries for Sales, Success, and Care teams.

  • Education & Support Content: Develop training outlines, how-to guides, and help content in partnership with internal training and support teams.

  • AI-Assisted Production: Utilize AI tools to draft content variants, reviewing and editing output for story accuracy and tone quality.

  • Story Fidelity & Quality Control: Audit finished assets against product specs and legal guidelines, flagging discrepancies prior to release.

  • Library Maintenance: Maintain organized story libraries, BOM trackers, and asset repositories for cross-functional access.

  • Landscape Tracking: Monitor market developments, competitors, and industry vendors to keep reference materials current.

  • Cross-Functional Delivery: Coordinate across Marketing, Sales Enablement, Product Management, and Support to deliver assets on schedule.

Who You are:

You combine strong narrative instincts with an eye for detail and operational rigor. You excel at turning foundational messaging into multi-channel asset suites while maintaining a high standard of accuracy. You leverage generative AI tools to accelerate production, applying sharp editorial judgment to verify and polish the output. Inquisitive by nature, you spot inconsistencies early, ask the right questions, and bring a genuine curiosity to the real estate technology ecosystem. This role is built for someone looking to deepen their expertise in product positioning, scalable content operations, and AI-enabled marketing workflows.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 2+ years relevant experience

  • Strong writing and editing skills, with attention to accuracy, tone, and consistency

  • Ability to work from a brief, story, or BOM and deliver finished assets on time with minimal rework

  • Hands-on experience using AI tools for writing, research, or content production, with sound judgment about checking output for accuracy

  • Curiosity about the real estate technology landscape and the ability to learn quickly, including competitors, vendors, platforms, and legal and compliance considerations

  • Comfort working with product managers and learning how products work well enough to describe them accurately

  • Organized, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple deliverables across several teams

  • Experience creating enablement, training, or support content is a plus

  • Interest in building AI skills and agents is a plus

  • Familiarity with real estate agent, team, and brokerage workflows is a plus; empathy for the agent experience is required
