Summary of This Role

The Product Pricing Manager provides guidance on hardware, software, and service prices for the Restaurant POS segment of the business. This role creates pricing models that assist in helping to achieve strategic goals, competitive differential, return on investment and long term sustainability. This role develops relevant cross-functional relationships to understand products, competition, competitive market and the customer value chain and continually aligns work with those objectives. This role develops and maintains sales support materials to educate sales and account teams on current product pricing. This role recognizes and adopts best practices in pricing creation, reporting, and analysis.

What Part Will You Play?

• Create and maintain documentation related to pricing requests for hardware, software, and services.

• Utilize various cost information to create pricing information for multiple teams within the business.

• Work crossfunctionally with other teams to obtain software/hardware costs and details to create subscription and one time pricing for POS software and hardware.

• Collaborate with members of the Market Research team to ensure pricing amounts are accurate for all markets.

• Create and maintain pricing user guides and SOPs.

• Collaborate with CSM/CRM teams to ensure sales teams can order software/hardware/services at the correct prices..

• Analyze historical data and future revenue projections in accordance with current industry, regulatory, and accounting standards, to ensure pricing rules remain up-to-date.

What Are We Looking For in This Role? Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

• Time management, ability to multitask, and propensity to handle urgent interrupts with poise and professionalism.

• Ability to self-monitor and work alone, but also work  as part of a coordinated team effort.

• Take initiative to recommend process improvements and demonstrate creative thinking to find solutions.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Experience with  Salesforce
