About Overwatch Mission Critical
Overwatch is a service-disabled Veteran-owned small business (SDVOB) certified through the National Veterans Business Development Council (NVBDC), offering construction professional services, talent acquisition, and general contractor services for the mission-critical infrastructure industry.

Our mission is the construction and management of state-of-the-art data centers with the precision and reliability this industry demands. From high-end engineers to seasoned professionals, we deploy the people you need to get your data center off the ground. At Overwatch, it's more than a job. It's a purpose.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Program Manager to drive execution across critical, cross-functional initiatives.
This is a delivery-focused role. You will partner closely with the Director to bring structure, visibility, and momentum to key programs, ensuring work is clearly prioritized, tracked, and delivered on time.
This role requires strong ownership, a bias toward action, and the ability to solve problems in real time as they arise.
You will play a central role in executing large-scale system and process optimization initiatives, along with other high-impact programs across the company.

What You’ll Do:

Drive Program Execution
  • Support day-to-day execution of key programs, including large-scale system and process rollouts
  • Manage timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables across teams
  • Track progress against plan and drive accountability across stakeholders
  • Identify risks early and escalate with clear options and recommendations
Create Visibility & Structure
  • Maintain program plans, dashboards, and reporting in a centralized system (e.g., Smartsheet)
  • Ensure work is clearly defined, prioritized, and aligned to business goals
  • Prepare and support weekly and monthly program reviews
  • Provide clear, concise updates to stakeholders
Coordinate Across Teams
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and execution
  • Facilitate working sessions and cross-functional meetings
  • Ensure decisions are documented and next steps are clear
  • Follow through to ensure execution stays on track
Support Delivery Operations
  • Implement tools, templates, and processes defined by the Director
  • Contribute to building repeatable program management practices
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency and execution

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5–8+ years of experience in program management, project management, or operations
  • Experience supporting complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear communicator who can keep teams aligned and informed
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and bringing structure where needed
  • Experience with program management tools
  • Strong problem solver with a bias toward action. Able to take loosely defined problems, bring structure, and drive to resolution without needing constant direction

What Success Looks Like:

  • Programs are organized, on track, and progressing without constant intervention
  • Clear, consistent visibility into progress, risks, and next steps
  • Strong coordination across teams with minimal friction
  • Reliable execution that builds trust across the organization

Benefits:
Overwatch Construction offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off, and relocation assistance available.
