Mission of the Position:

Coordinating between the Xurrent team, Xurrent customers, and our solutions partner ecosystem, the Project Manager is responsible for tracking and managing Xurrent customer implementations executed by our Partners.  Collaborating and working closely with Sales, Customer Success, Partner Ops, and Finance, the PM will work to remove roadblocks, keep customer implementations on time and within budget, and ensure the successful start of our customers' lifecycle.  The PM will begin reporting to the COO.  This is a Hybrid role, 3 days in the office at our Austin location. 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all North American implementations for direct customers within the partner ecosystem
  • Foster positive relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders 
  • Ensure implementations are appropriately staffed to hold to agreed scope, timeline and budget per the SOW.
  • Provide outstanding communication and customer service to customers throughout implementations
  • Continually evaluate the progress of ongoing projects to ensure cost and time projections align with initial project outcomes; escalate if necessary and identify opportunities for executive engagement
  • Communicate client project responsibilities and how they affect project schedule and budget
  • Provide project management expertise, support, and facilitation to project team resources
  • Provide clear communication and updates on the project to the team, client, and management 
  • Identify and manage project risks, and communicate / escalate these appropriately.
  • Manage and lead assigned resources to completion of project including post project review
  • Ability to plan and prioritize to achieve a defined objective
  • Assist in any other special projects as assigned by manager
  • Maintain all relevant Xurrent product certifications

Requirements: 

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in project management or a related field
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to closure, meeting project objectives, scope, budget, and schedule
  • Experience leading cross-functional project teams and collaborating with stakeholders at various levels
  • Potential travel requirements for Enterprise customer engagements 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, LSSGB) preferred
  • ITIL certification a plus; will be required during first six months of employment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional European languages a plus.
