Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full proposal lifecycle from RFP receipt through submission
- Author and refine executive summaries, value propositions, and proposal narratives
- Drive proposal strategy in partnership with Sales and operational stakeholders
- Build, review, and adjust Excel-based pricing models, timelines, and assumptions in collaboration with Finance
- Manage internal reviews, approvals, and submission readiness
- Support bid defenses and client presentations
Required Skills
- Excellent written communication and storytelling skills
- Strong Excel proficiency, including pricing models and scenario adjustments
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
Experience
- 4–7 years of experience in proposals, bid management, or commercial roles
- Demonstrated ownership of full proposal lifecycles in a CRO or similar environment
