Python Specialist

Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Python professional with a strong understanding of technology domains and excellent client-facing abilities. This role requires someone who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions by engaging with clients, gathering requirements, and building efficient automation solutions. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams—including business units, technology teams, and data platform owners. You will play a critical role in accelerating the delivery of transformation outcomes through well-governed and fit-for-purpose activities.
Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand business requirements, workflows, and pain points
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and automation strategies
- Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using Python, SQL
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions
- Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization
- Partner with transformation program teams to understand business objectives and identify order-related automation needs amongst other functional areas (e.g., customer, product, finance, supplier, inventory, employee, etc.).
Eligibility Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python programming
- Solid understanding of technology ecosystems (APIs, databases, system integrations, etc.)
- Experience in process automation (e.g., scripting, RPA, workflow automation tools)
- Ability to gather and interpret client requirements effectively
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in similar roles with cross-functional collaboration
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with automation frameworks (e.g., Airflow, Selenium, UiPath, etc.)
- Exposure to data processing, ETL pipelines, or analytics workflows
- Prior experience in a client-facing or consulting role
- Understanding of data architecture concepts
In the US, the target base salary for this role is upto $180,000. Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. We expect the majority of candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall throughout the range based on these factors
