Mission:
Xurrent’s Recruiter plays an integral role in the growth of the organization and the People Operations team. This is a unique opportunity for a proactive, agile, and experienced recruiting professional to contribute to a rapidly growing startup. With strong communication and interpersonal skills, the Recruiter will be the face of Xurrent to candidates and hiring managers alike. Additionally, there will be an opportunity to support employees through broader People Operations projects, such as onboarding, employee success, offsites, and training as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Manage recruiting assignments from fielding candidates using the latest sourcing techniques through the hiring process
- Manage open requisitions and meet hiring deadlines
- Identify and make recommendations for efficiencies within the Talent Acquisition function, including interviewing and hiring processes
- Full Cycle Recruiting: Support the growth of Xurrent through full life cycle recruiting to ensure that job requirements are met by identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent efficiently and effectively to meet Xurrent’s dynamic business needs
- Execute on assigned strategic recruiting priorities and ensure ongoing building of talent pipeline to support strategic roles
- Source and screen candidates for all roles
- Facilitate the interview process, coordination, and scheduling of interviews
- Function as an ambassador of Xurrent culture and values with all candidates
- Liaise between candidates and team members with strong communication skills
- Build talent pipelines for current and future positions
- Schedule, coordinate, and prepare team members for interviews
- Provide high-touch experience for hiring managers throughout recruiting process
- As needed, support the People Operations team with projects such as new hire onboarding, employee success, interviewer training, and offsites.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in recruiting
- Experience using an ATS (Applicant Tracking System), preferably Greenhouse
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience supporting multiple business units such as GTM (go-to-market) customer success, and G&A
- Experience working across multiple time zones ranging from Central Time to European
- Experience recruiting at a SaaS company preferred
- Experience with full cycle recruiting (from sourcing to closing)
