UCT is looking for a talented Recruiter to join us in Austin, TX!

The Recruiter serves as a consultant to the business, managing full life‑cycle recruitment from sourcing to placement. This role builds strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, develops diverse sourcing strategies, ensures data integrity, and provides regular recruitment updates. By understanding business goals and market trends, the TA Partner delivers qualified candidates efficiently while supporting continuous improvement of talent acquisition practices.

 Key Job Responsibilities:  

  •  Serve as a TA consultant to the business and build relationships to become a trusted advisor and influencer to the business stakeholders.
  •  Ensure effective and timely sourcing, selection, and placement of talent with the right character and competence to deliver the organization's goals and objectives.
  •  Build strong relationships and partner with hiring managers to understand position and candidate qualifications required.
  •  Responsible for full life-cycle recruitment, from research, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing evaluations through offer and acceptance stages. 
  •  Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to consult on hiring plans to meet their staffing needs.
  •  Understand the business function’s goals, challenges, culture, and career paths to deliver the right candidates most effectively. 
  •  Develop appropriate diverse sourcing strategies, identify suitable candidates for positions, and build diverse pipelines for key talent needs primarily through research, networking, direct recruiting as well as through the use of tools such as LinkedIn, Job street, and referrals. 
  •  Ensure candidate data integrity in applicant tracking system and throughout the recruitment process. 
  •  Regularly summarize and communicate recruitment updates proactively to hiring managers, human resources, and business leaders. 
  •  Stay current on local talent markets including risks, competitors, and compensation trends. 
  •  Effectively execute and support the talent acquisition strategy, processes, and programs. 
  •  Actively contribute to continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition practices and participate in various projects as assigned.

 Qualifications:  

  •  Minimum of 2 years of sourcing and 5 years recruiting experience. Experience recruiting Semiconductor/ Manufacturing DL workers an advantage. 
  •  Demonstrated intense drive for results and a proactive approach to recruiting.
  •  Advanced sourcing skills with both active and passive candidates, as well as in-depth knowledge of offer negotiation and closing tactics 
  •  Results-oriented with demonstrated strategic thinking, innovation, and flexibility in dealing with changing and/or ambiguous situations 
  •  Must possess a high degree of professionalism and emotional intelligence.
  •  Demonstrated ability to work proactively and collaboratively within a team setting to accomplish business objectives.
  •  Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  •  Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g. UltiPro or similar).
  •  Demonstrated capacity to communicate effectively and proactively both verbally and written. 

 Education:  

  •  BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related field required
