The RoleTotal compensation will be heavily weighted toward variable pay that directly reflects your individual and team contributions.
This is a field-based role that involves territory planning, daily travel, and face-to-face meetings with customers and prospects.
Responsible for top line revenue growth, increasing market share and managing expenses in an assigned territory. Delivering revenue growth and driving sales into the Collision Repair and Independent Appraiser markets is the key focus of this position. Primary objectives of a Regional Business Manager (RBM) are to achieve maximum profitability and increase market penetration by selling the company’s products and related services within assigned territory. Responsibilities include delivering consistent communication, providing direction, and supporting the sales team within the assigned geographic territory to ensure they meet their sales, product knowledge, customer service and client satisfaction objectives as well as assisting with customer retention efforts to achieve overall revenue growth initiatives. This position will be for the Austin, Houston, and San Antonio Texas areas.

Job Duties 

  • Responsible for selling the complete line of CCC products and related services to both customers and prospects. 
  • Manage personal business expenses within company approved guidelines. 
  • Maintain proficiency on CCC’s complete product suite to effectively articulate its value, provide technical assistance and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. 
  • Work with sales management to create annual revenue forecasts and expense budgets for assigned territory. 
  • Implement required sales process and maintain proficiency in Salesforce (CRM) maintenance including activity tracking, pipeline management and capturing competitive intel. 
  • Analyze industry trends, understand the competitive landscape, and generate plans to achieve sales objectives. 
  • Develop Regional MSO sales plans that are consistent with short-range and long-range objectives. 
  • Support the Automotive Service Group’s National Account Team as they develop and execute on account plans. 
  • Collaborate with Client Solution Advisor (CSA) and Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to maximize revenue growth and drive customer retention. 
  • Assist with customer retention efforts to achieve overall revenue growth initiatives. 
  • Attend trade shows, conventions, and association meetings. 
  • Conduct weekly team calls/reports detailing sales, customer trends, and competitive landscape. 
  • 50-70% travel required. 
  • There are no Direct Reports to this position. 


 

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated competency in related technical field or equivalent in industry experience. 
  • Minimum of 3 years of direct selling experience. 
  • Must live in or be willing to relocate to Austin, Houston, or San Antonio Texas.
