Regional Field Marketing Manager, Marketing (Remote)

Full-Time, Remote / Salary, Exempt

Includes Benefits, PTO, Flexible Schedule, Equity

Steno is growing! We're looking for a Regional Field Marketing Manager to join our winning team, which is revolutionizing the court reporting industry every single day. We're a diverse team from all over the country (and beyond) and we're crazy about redefining the boundaries of an outdated industry.

Who are you?

We’re looking for a Regional Field Marketing Manager to lead and scale Steno’s regional field marketing efforts across the U.S. This role will manage a team of Regional Field Marketing Coordinators and ensure our programs consistently deliver local relevance while staying aligned to Steno’s broader Field Marketing strategy, brand standards, and business goals.

This is a high-impact player-coach role. You’ll coach regional execution, establish consistent operating rhythms, and ensure programs are measurable and revenue-aligned, while also owning key strategic initiatives, including major industry event management across the portfolio.

You’ll bring local market nuance to how we show up regionally through events, partnerships, campaigns, and other touch points; elevating Steno’s presence without compromising cohesion.

On a regular basis you will

  • Manage and develop Regional Field Marketing Coordinators across the U.S.
  • Setting priorities, coaching execution, and building operating rhythms
  • Translate strategy into regional execution plans and playbooks that balance consistency with local nuance
  • Ensure regional programs support existing commitments while identifying new growth opportunities
  • Own or co-own major industry event planning and execution across the U.S. in partnership with the broader Field Marketing team
  • Ensure consistent quality across events: audience strategy, experience design, execution, lead flow, staffing, and reporting
  • Partner with Field Marketing and Sales leadership to align regional programs with territory priorities, pipeline goals, and ABM initiatives
  • Lead regional sponsorship strategy: evaluation, activation, and performance measurement
  • Develop scalable playbooks for regional events and sales-aligned field programs
  • Own lead capture, attribution, and post-event follow-up with Sales and RevOps
  • Bring creativity and regional insight to every activation—ensuring programs feel relevant, differentiated, and brand-aligned
  • Travel up to 50% of the time to support in-person events, meetings, and field-focused programs.

You're gonna crush it if

  • 5-6+ years in field marketing, regional marketing, and event-driven B2B marketing
  • Proven ability to manage regional programs at scale while maintaining local nuance
  • Strong trade show, sponsorship, executive event, and industry event execution experience
  • Experience managing budgets, vendors, and agencies with accountability for ROI
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and leadership
  • Balance strategic planning with hands-on, on-site execution
  • Decisive, highly organized, and calm under pressure
  • Build systems and operating rhythms that scale
  • Energized by coaching others and elevating the field marketing culture
  • B2B SaaS, legal tech, or services-driven GTM experience preferred

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary - $110,000-$130,000
  • Health, Vision, & Dental Benefits - low-cost health plans that free up mind space and unlock our employees' best work
  • Wellness/Mental Health - shared benefits to be used among employees and families
  • Flexible Paid Time Off - allowing employees to find balance in their lives
  • Options of Equity - we know our success is nothing without our team
  • Access to a company-provided 401(k) account
  • A home office setup and a monthly stipend to offset internet and phone costs

Our Team

From bold campaigns to nationwide events, we combine creativity, strategy, and flawless execution to elevate Steno’s brand at every touchpoint. We’re a team that does it all—building awareness, engaging audiences, and shaping the way the world sees us.
