As part of the broader Americas marketing organization, you’ll work closely with sales leadership, regional stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to execute programs that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth. You’ll also serve as a key liaison to LATAM stakeholders, helping ensure regional priorities and opportunities are represented within broader Americas marketing strategies and programs.

The ideal candidate combines strong execution skills with strategic thinking, has experience driving digital demand generation initiatives, and enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

What you’ll do:

Own Regional Marketing for TOLA

  • Develop and execute regional marketing programs aligned to pipeline and growth objectives. Partner closely with sales leadership to identify priorities and deliver programs that drive measurable business impact.

Support All-Americas Marketing Initiatives

  • Partner with the Americas Regional Marketing team to help plan, execute, and scale select AMER-wide programs, ensuring alignment across regions and contributing to broader business goals.

Serve as a LATAM Liaison

  • Act as a key point of coordination with LATAM stakeholders, helping communicate regional priorities, share market insights, and support the successful execution of Americas-led programs across the region.

Drive Digital Campaign Initiatives

  • Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels, including paid media, email, webinars, ABM, and other demand generation tactics to engage target audiences and generate pipeline.

Partner with Regional Sales Leadership

  • Build strong relationships with sales leaders and account teams, aligning marketing efforts to business priorities and ensuring programs effectively support revenue objectives.

Collaborate with Partner & Channel Teams

  • Work alongside channel and alliance teams to support integrated marketing efforts and maximize the impact of partner-led and co-marketing initiatives.

Enable Program Execution

  • Coordinate with regional specialists and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns, events, and marketing programs.

Adapt Global Campaigns for Regional Relevance

  • Translate global campaigns into effective regional programs that resonate with local audiences and support business priorities.

Measure & Optimize Performance

  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and continuously refine strategies to improve engagement, conversion, and pipeline contribution.

What will you need to have?

  • 5–8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on regional, field, or demand generation marketing

  • Proven experience executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive measurable pipeline impact

  • Experience contributing to cross-regional or AMER-wide marketing initiatives

  • Strong understanding of how marketing programs support sales priorities and revenue outcomes

  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills

  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment

  • Familiarity with partner and channel marketing programs; experience working with LATAM stakeholders is a plus

  • Data-driven mindset with experience using marketing and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, etc.)

  • Fluent in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus
