Overview

We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Regional Operations Director to lead the operational success of multiple ABA therapy clinics in the DFW area. In partnership with the Clinical Directors, you will oversee people performance, business operations, and growth initiatives to ensure our clinics deliver exceptional outcomes for the families we serve. The role provides direct leadership to Clinical Directors, guiding them on personnel strategy and business performance metrics to ensure consistent achievement of regional goals.

This is a hands-on leadership role with a strong in-clinic presence where you will guide operational strategy, mentor leaders, foster a strong and inclusive culture, and drive measurable improvements in efficiency, utilization, and profitability.

RequirementsOperational Leadership and Performance
  • Drive the strategic direction and operational excellence of assigned clinics, ensuring resources, scheduling, and utilization align with long-term growth and service quality goals

  • Monitor and optimize key performance metrics including utilization, clinic capacity, and budget adherence to support both near-term targets and long-term sustainability

  • Oversee clinic P&Ls and lead initiatives that strengthen profitability, partnering with Office Managers to design scheduling strategies that maximize utilization

  • Drive operational innovation, implementing process improvements that enhance billable hour efficiency, streamline workflows, and elevate the client experience

People Management
  • Work heavily in collaboration with the Director, People Operations

  • Support Clinical Directors on people strategies and performance management, ensuring alignment with company goals and leadership best practices

  • Build and sustain a high-performance workforce by supporting strategic recruitment, onboarding, and professional development initiatives

  • Act as a visible cultural leader, fostering engagement, collaboration, and alignment with organizational values across all clinics

  • Develop targeted retention strategies that position the region as an employer of choice, leveraging employee engagement programs and career pathways to strengthen workforce stability

  • Guide performance and growth by conducting reviews, providing data-driven feedback, and supporting leaders in coaching their teams toward excellence

Travel Expectations
  • Ability and commitment to be on-site in assigned clinics at least one day per week, with additional travel as needed.

  • Maintain consistent in-clinic presence at the following clinics: Burleson, Waxahachie, Cedar Hill, and Ennis

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)

  • 8+ years of multi-site operational leadership experience, preferably in healthcare or behavioral health services

  • Demonstrated success in managing P&L, driving operational efficiencies, and achieving business growth targets

  • Strong people management skills with experience in hiring, coaching, and retaining talent

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to travel regularly across assigned region
