As we continue to expand our cloud and enterprise business globally, we are looking for a Regional Sales Manager, Mid-Atlantic to drive territory growth, build strategic customer and partner relationships, collaborate closely with Sales Engineers, and lead deal execution from initial engagement through expansion and long-term customer success.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect, qualify, and drive opportunities at a strategic and tactical level within the assigned territory.
  • Accurately forecast territory business using Salesforce.
  • Partner with Systems Engineers and internal teams to educate customers and demonstrate the value of AlgoSec’s capabilities.
  • Build strong relationships with customer decision-makers and align sales strategies to customer requirements.
  • Stay informed on new products, services, and other information relevant to customers through participation in AlgoSec web-based training and other forms of knowledge sharing.
  • Maintain visibility into customer opportunities, future prospects, market trends, and competitive activity while regularly updating AlgoSec leadership on account status and the needs of top customers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle while securing new business, expansion opportunities, renewal orders for license sales, and Professional Services revenue.
  • Contribute positively to AlgoSec’s collaborative culture and values.
Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field, with 10+ years of successful IT sales experience.
  • Experienced sales professional with a track record of selling to enterprise, federal/government, and service provider customers.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding annual quota.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, communication and time management skills.
  • Disciplined use of Salesforce and industry-leading sales methodologies.
  • Bring a strong rolodex and demonstrated success working with existing customers and hunting new logos.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% and engage with customers through in-person meetings to drive opportunities and close deals.

Nice to Have

  • Working knowledge of Workflow Automation, Change Management and PM systems.
  • Experience selling enterprise security and compliance solutions

A reasonable estimate of the OTE for this role at the time of posting is $240,000 - $290,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, location, training, and certifications. Candidates whose requirements fall outside this range are still encouraged to apply.
