Remote- Dallas, TX or Houston, TX area

Thales is hiring an experience Regional Sales Manager (RSM).  As a Regional Sales Manager for the Identity and Access Management team located in Dallas, TX or Houston, TX, you will be focusing on Net New Logo business with selling Thales’ robust Identity and Access Management portfolio of highly secure products and solutions into Enterprise accounts. Your success in this endeavor will secure the digital lives of millions of people.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Be responsible for driving net new revenue through new business within their territory/region and exceeding quota

  • Act proactively to detect and create opportunities, identify and acquire potential customers directly or with Value Added Reseller (VAR) channel

  • Maintain and expand the business scope for customers based on set individual objectives, strategic business line planning, and the Thales global strategy

  • Work collaboratively with your peers in other regions as well as your internal colleagues to facilitate a positive team environment.

  • Identify the customer’s Identity Journey, map current state to future state and assign that value to Thales products and solutions

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering or a post-graduate degree or equivalent work experience

  • We are looking for someone with 5- 10 years of strong account management or Identity solution sales experience

  • To succeed at this job, you must have previous experience in SaaS solution sales or Software Development consulting services sales

  • Must have a good business analysis and mid-term vision, great negotiation skills, the ability to create and maintain good relationships with senior managers and C-Level executives, knowledge of high-technology market (IT Security and Cybersecurity), good marketing analysis skills

  • Previous experience working with Microsoft Office, and SalesForce

  • Must be team and goal-oriented, who has high organizational skills, persistent, autonomous, accountable, and be a strong leader

  • Must be able to travel of up to 50% of the time

The reference Total Target Compensation (TTC) market range for this position, inclusive of annual base salary and the variable compensation target, is between


Total Target Cash (TTC) 220,000.00 - 375,000.00 USD Annual

This reflects how companies in a similar industry and geographic region generally pay for similar jobs. This range helps the Company make pay decisions as one data point among many. Where a position falls within this range is also dependent on other factors including – but not limited to – the employee’s career path history, competencies, skills and performance, as well as the company’s annual salary budget, the customer’s program requirements, and the company’s internal equity. Thales may offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s status protected by local, state, or federal law.
