As a Senior Associate in Regulatory External Data Services, you ensure our external data filings are accurate, complete, and timely—and you help us strengthen the controls and transparency that support them. You will guide product direction and day-to-day delivery for regulatory data and external reporting services, partnering closely with business owners, data owners, and cross-functional teams. You will help us document and follow clear data governance, change control, and delivery practices so we can meet regulatory, financial, external, and legal obligations. Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee regulatory data and external reporting services across the product lifecycle
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, prioritize features, and align delivery to business goals
  • Lead process optimization and cost efficiency initiatives for the product
  • Manage the product backlog and coordinate timely delivery of product and reporting requirements
  • Analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights, reports, and recommendations
  • Partner with Controls, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Business Owners to clarify data requirements and strengthen data quality
  • Serve as a reporting and data subject matter expert for banking operations, such as mortgage lending, credit cards, auto, and small business products

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of experience in product ownership, reporting, data analytics, or a similar role
  • Proficiency in data solutions and technology tools such as SQL, Python, and Amazon Web Services
  • Proficiency with agile delivery methodologies and practices
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience in financial services
  • Strong background in business analytics
  • Personally motivated with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Professional Scrum Product Owner certification
