As a Remote Operations Analyst at Turquoise Health, you will analyze operational processes, identify efficiencies, and provide actionable insights to improve workflow and productivity across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze operational data to identify trends and inefficiencies
  • Develop reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes
  • Monitor key performance indicators and operational metrics
  • Support special projects and process improvement initiatives

What You Bring to the Role:

  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, business analysis, or related fields
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Excel, and data visualization tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

Compensation:
$60,000 – $75,000 depending on experience

Job Location
Fully remote within the US.
