Job Summary:

The Rep Relationship Manager will manage the relationship of new financial representatives to Integrity Alliance and Integrity Advisor Solutions from the beginning of the recruiting process through the transition on-boarding process. S/he will help determine suitability of the representative’s current business and cultural alignment with Integrity Wealth, goals and compliance procedures.

Let’s talk job responsibilities:

  • Manage the relationship of new financial representatives to Integrity from the beginning of the recruiting process through the transition on-boarding process.

  • Deliver customized and on-demand training and education to firms on policies, procedures, and processes for new firms joining Integrity.

  • Assist and lead projects to identify and implement improvements for onboarding and transition department.

  • Assist & coordinate with the Integrity Recruiting team with updates, status and proactive follow up’s

  • Assist in developing marketing and related materials used for recruiting new advisors to Integrity Wealth.

  • Other duties as assigned

Your experience and skills:

  • Must display Core Values.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Solid customer service experience.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Minimum of 6 years working directly with a broker-dealer, RIA or insurance industry experience. 

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year College and 6-8 years related experience and/or training; or five to seven years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 

  • Series 7, 24 and 65/66 preferred
