As a Condominium Concierge, you’re not just providing personalized service to residents and guests – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Responsibilities

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

  • Create a warm welcome:  Greet residents and guests with an upbeat and professional attitude
  • Respond to resident needs:  Provide information, resolve concerns, and handle inquiries with care and efficiency
  • Support daily services:  Answer phones, retrieve packages, mail, and faxes, and coordinate resident requests
  • Ensure safety and security:  Monitor building activity, report concerns, and assist in emergency situations
