Boundless is looking for a highly organized, strategic, and collaborative Revenue Marketing Manager to help scale our marketing engine and accelerate growth.

This role sits at the center of Marketing, Business Development, Sales, and Operations—turning strategy into execution. You’ll own the planning, coordination, and operational success of integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, and lead generation initiatives while ensuring our marketing technology, reporting, and CRM support measurable business outcomes.

You’ll serve as the operational linchpin for the marketing team, driving projects forward, aligning stakeholders, managing campaign execution, and helping create a predictable, scalable demand generation engine.

What You’ll Do

Campaign Planning & Execution
•    Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that support brand awareness, demand generation, and revenue growth.
•    Develop campaign briefs, timelines, and go-to-market plans in partnership with the VP of Marketing & Brand.
•    Coordinate campaign execution across Marketing & Brand, Sales Enablement, Creative, Business Development, and external partners.
•    Manage campaign calendars and marketing priorities to ensure projects stay on track.
•    Lead cross-functional meetings and proactively remove roadblocks to execution.

Product Marketing & Go-to-Market
•    Coordinate cross-functional product launches from planning through post-launch measurement.
•    Partner with leadership to translate product strategy into actionable marketing plans.
•    Develop launch checklists, enablement timelines, and campaign workflows.
•    Ensure Sales and Business Development teams are equipped with timely messaging, content, and resources.

Marketing Operations & CRM
•    Own HubSpot CRM administration and marketing campaign operations.
•    Build and maintain marketing campaigns, workflows, lists, lead nurturing programs, and lifecycle automation.
•    Partner with Sales to improve lead routing and CRM adoption.
•    Own the marketing lead lifecycle in partnership with Sales, ensuring leads are effectively captured, nurtured, scored, routed, and measured throughout the customer journey.
•    Maintain marketing processes that improve efficiency and scalability.

Revenue Marketing & Analytics
•    Track marketing contribution to pipeline, lead volume and quality, funnel conversion, and campaign attribution.
•    Build executive dashboards and recurring marketing reports.
•    Analyze campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimization.
•    Partner with leadership to establish marketing KPIs and attribution reporting.

Content & Editorial Management
•    Own the integrated campaign and production calendar.
•    Coordinate content development across internal subject matter experts, creative partners, external partners, and the marketing team.
•    Ensure content supports campaign objectives, product launches, and sales enablement.
•    Manage production timelines while maintaining quality and consistency.

Sales Alignment
•    Serve as the primary marketing liaison to Business Development and Sales.
•    Identify marketing opportunities that support pipeline generation and customer engagement.
•    Coordinate campaign launches, sales enablement materials, and promotional initiatives.
•    Facilitate regular communication between Marketing and Sales to ensure alignment.

What you bring
•    5–8 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, marketing operations, campaign management, or revenue marketing.
•    Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns from planning through execution.
•    Strong knowledge of HubSpot CRM and marketing automation.
•    Experience working closely with Sales and Business Development teams.
•    Familiarity with marketing analytics, campaign reporting, and attribution.
•    Experience managing cross-functional projects and multiple stakeholders.
•    Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
 
Nice to Have
•    Experience launching B2B products or services.
•    Experience supporting paid media campaigns.
•    Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM).
•    Experience working in branded merchandise, promotional products, agency, or adjacent industries.
•    Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Hive, Monday.com, etc.
