About the Role

Abnormal Security is seeking a motivated Revenue Marketing Specialist to support the execution of integrated field and channel marketing programs in North Central & TOLA, across our Mid-Market segments. This role will work closely with sales, channel, and partner teams to help implement impactful marketing activities that generate pipeline and strengthen regional presence. You are collaborative, detail-oriented, and eager to build hands-on marketing experience in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do: 
  • Assist in planning and executing regional marketing campaigns and events, including webinars, field events, and third-party sponsorships.
  • Partner with sales and channel stakeholders to support account-based marketing initiatives and localized campaign execution.
  • Customize corporate marketing content for regional relevance, including landing pages, invites, and follow-up communications.
  • Track and report on campaign performance metrics in systems like Salesforce and Sigma, with guidance from senior team members.
  • Manage logistics and timelines for assigned programs, ensuring smooth execution and delivery.
Must Have: 
  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing, field marketing, or demand generation
  • Familiarity with pipeline concepts and marketing funnel metrics
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and build trust with sales teams and partners
  • Detail-oriented with strong project coordination skills
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Nice to Have:
  • Experience in cybersecurity or high-growth SaaS
  • Exposure to partner marketing and co-branded campaigns
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, and BI tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%

Actual compensation will be determined based on several non-discriminatory factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for bonus or incentive compensation, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Base salary range:
$88,000$126,500 USD
