  • Support forecasting and pipeline reviews by ensuring data accuracy and delivering timely, reliable insights to leadership.
  • Improve and document go-to-market processes, including lead routing, opportunity management, and handoffs between teams, to increase efficiency and scalability.
  • Maintain data integrity in Salesforce and related GTM systems by defining standards, auditing records, and resolving discrepancies.
  • Support territory, quota, and compensation planning for the Procore AI team in collaboration with Sales Operations and Finance.
  • Collaborate with RevOps, Sales Systems, and Data teams to integrate Procore AI processes, data, and tooling into Procore’s broader revenue operations framework.

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, business operations, or a related analytical role, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce (or a comparable CRM) and a reporting tool such as Snowflake, Tableau or Power BI.
  • Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and working knowledge of SQL.
  • Understanding of SaaS go-to-market metrics, including pipeline coverage, conversion rates, ACV, net revenue retention, and sales cycle length.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain data to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A proactive, curious, and collaborative mindset, with comfort working in a fast-moving, ever-changing, early-stage product environment.
  • Experience with AI or emerging-technology products and familiarity with the construction industry are a plus. No certifications are required, though Salesforce Administrator or analytics certifications are a plus.
