Role Overview

We are seeking a Revenue Operations & GTM Systems Manager (AI-Enabled) who will own the tools, data, and processes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. This role combines elements of RevOps, Deal Desk, Systems Administration and AI automation.

You will streamline the entire GTM ecosystem - HubSpot, Slack, Monday.com, lemlist, Clay, procurement systems, and legal workflows - while improving data accuracy, forecasting, onboarding, reporting, and process enforcement across the organization.

This is a high-impact role for someone who loves structure, problem-solving, and using AI to eliminate inefficiencies.

What You’ll Do: 1) AI-Powered Legal & Procurement Support
  • Build custom GPTs to streamline legal intake, contract redlines, and procurement questionnaires.
  • Act as first reviewer for NDAs, MSAs, DPAs, and coordinate with legal teams when needed.
  • Maintain security/compliance documentation and automate responses for vendor assessments.
2) GTM Systems Ownership
  • Serve as admin for HubSpot, Slack, Monday.com, lemlist, Clay, and other GTM tools.
  • Optimize tool usage, negotiate savings, manage licenses, and ensure integrations run smoothly.
  • Support onboarding by setting up accounts, permissions, and workflows.
3) HubSpot Automation & Data Quality
  • Manage all HubSpot workflows, chatbot flows, routing, and lifecycle stages.
  • Build dashboards and reporting for Sales, Marketing, and CSM.
  • Enforce data hygiene across the GTM org and support accurate forecasting.
4) Internal Systems & Documentation
  • Structure Slack channels, org charts, Drive folders, and knowledge hubs for clarity and consistency.
  • Improve Monday.com boards and templates for project management across teams.
5) Reporting, Analytics & GTM Insights
  • Pull reports and metrics across GTM systems for leadership.
  • Conduct pipeline audits, revenue insights, and ad hoc analyses.
6) Finance Support
  • Maintain clean customer data for invoicing and collections.
  • Help streamline billing workflows and automate reminders.
7) ICP Research & Prospecting
  • Conduct ICP analyses and build high-quality prospect lists using Clay, lemlist, and enrichment tools.
  • Support Sales and Marketing with data-driven targeting and segmentation.

Requirements
  • Experience managing HubSpot in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Highly organized, structured, and detail-obsessed.
  • Strong analytical skills - comfortable with numbers and dashboards.
  • Experience with AI tools and/or willingness to learn and build custom GPT workflows.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, CSM, Legal, and Finance.
  • Operationally excellent; loves creating order and systematic workflows.
  • High judgment and ability to make independent decisions.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort owning processes end-to-end.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving environment.
Bonus
  • Experience working in a high-growth SaaS or MarTech company.
  • Familiarity with procurement/security questionnaires (SOC2, GDPR).
  • Ability to write simple automations using Zapier, Make, or HubSpot workflows.
  • Experience with contract redlining or deal desk functions.
  • Comfort with SQL or BI tools (nice-to-have, not required).

Benefits
  • Fast-growing SaaS company working with leading global brands.
  • Opportunity to shape our entire GTM infrastructure.
  • Highly cross-functional role with big visibility working directly with leadership team.
  • Fully remote and flexible environment.
  • High-ownership role with real influence and career growth.
  • 4 weeks paid annual leave.
  • Competitive compensation.
