Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver clear, consistent, and timely communications across established channels (including Batchat and Batmail), ensuring sellers understand upcoming changes and their impact.
  • Training Coordination & Facilitation: Coordinate training activities for new VS&A sales tools, enhancements, and enablement initiatives, including scheduling, logistics, materials, and follow-up communications. Partner with subject matter experts to deliver effective learning experiences while confidently facilitating large-scale enablement sessions, presentations, and small-group workshops.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment & Seller Experience: Represent Sales Enablement in cross-functional VS&A discussions, partnering with Sales Operations and business leaders to align priorities, identify opportunities, and improve the overall seller experience. Contribute to strategic enablement programs by identifying opportunities to simplify seller workflows, reduce friction, and strengthen tool adoption and sales productivity.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
